Terms & Conditions

To ensure your Order is prepared, please follow the instructions below:
 
 
  • To initiate your Purchase Order, kindly send it via email.
  • Upon receipt, we will send a Proforma Invoice for your Order confirmation and payment arrangement.
  • Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed to schedule your Order in our production lines.
  • Upon completion of the order, we will arrange delivery accordingly.

A typical Purchase Order comprises the following details:

1.) Buyer’s contact and delivery details

2.) Payment terms

3.) Invoicing particulars

4.) Description of purchased items, encompassing specifications, quantity, unit price, due date, etc.

5.) Supplementary information

Payment

We accommodate payments via wire transfer (T/T), Payoneer, and Paypal, with a preference for transactions conducted in US Dollars.

Packaging

For typical projects, we provide standard industrial packaging services:

  1. Workpieces are enclosed in plastic bags.
  2. Cartons are filled adequately with packing material.
  3. Cartons are sealed securely.
  4. Packing belts are utilized if deemed necessary.

 

For shipments with substantial volume or weight, we offer pallet or container packing services as alternatives. Additional fees may apply and will be communicated in advance. If you have similar inquiries, kindly share your requirements with us for our arrangement.

Shipping

We can arrange various reputable shipping services for workpiece delivery, primarily categorized into:

1.) Express Courier Service:

Typically delivers within 2-4 business days, ideal for samples or lightweight goods.

  • TNT
  • EMS (within 3-7 business days)

 

2.) Air / Sea Freight Service:

Shipment arrival ranges from 7 to 35 business days at the destination port, suitable for bulk production orders.
